My motivation

I’m joining Movember because it feels personal. It’s more than growing a mustache—it’s about standing up for men’s health and supporting conversations we don’t have enough. Too many men, maybe even myself sometimes, struggle in silence with physical or mental health issues. Movember tackles this by focusing on issues that are often stigmatised.

By being part of this, I want to help raise awareness, funds, and, most importantly, create a safe space for these conversations. This is my way of showing support and reminding everyone around me that their health matters, that they matter. So this Movember, I’m making a statement, however small—because even a mustache can mean hope for someone.
