Globally , the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young.

Earlier this year I lost one of my closest friends to suicide. I know he was not alone in his struggles against mental health and that many other men suffer from similar thoughts and feelings but bottle it in. We need to fight against this being the norm by increasing awareness and making it okay for men to speak up. Please consider donating and spreading awareness by partaking in movember!
