My motivation

Fundraising for cause areas including:

Mental health and suicide prevention

I'm aiming to raise the awareness of men's mental health, whether that be through the "man up, be tough" persona or simply to educate people and give them the knowledge to help.

Suicide for some people may seem the only way out, it's not easy for them, their family or friends. So let's make sure people know there is help and that we will support them no matter what. After losing a friend previously, it's meaningful for me to lead and promote this campaign. I want students and staff alike to encourage people that opening up about mental health is positive and that we can do it together.

What's on the surface may be different to what is really going on underneath. Sometimes just asking someone how their day has been can brighten it. Do your part!
