My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

This cause extremely close to my heart. I have seen first hand the devastating effects that depression can have in young men.

Suffering in silence with depression is not alright. It is okay not to be okay.
Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, simply “Toughing it out” is not the way forward, you do not have to suffer in silence!

Help me stop people from dying too young.
