My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

This year I’m taking part in Movember in memory of my dad, who sadly passed away by suicide in April 2016 after struggling with his mental health. This year marks 10 years since we lost him, so it’s something that feels especially important to me.

Suicide and mental health struggles are far too common in our communities, and unfortunately, too many families know the pain that comes with it. I’m doing this to start a conversation, to show people they are not alone, and to remind people that it’s okay to speak up and ask for help. Sometimes just talking to someone or asking “are you okay?” can make a bigger difference than we realise.

This one is for my dad, and for anyone who might be struggling in silence. ❤️
