Along with my father, far to many men die young of suicide. We need to talk about these things and ensure people get the help they need. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Help me stop men dying too young.

Christopher, I'm sorry you lost your Dad to suicide.
Thanks for joining us on the hairy journey this month to try and stop more men dying too young.
A tip for fundraising could be to donate £10 to yourself then ask 5 friends to do the same. If those friends are good people like you, you’ve got £60 on your page, just like that. Incredible. Almost as incredible as Bear Grylls’s fact that a moustache is the most efficient way to keep the human body warm. You could be absolutely naked in the Arctic and, if you had a moustache, you would survive. Fascinating stuff, I’m sure you’ll agree.
