My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence.
I know, I struggled with some mental health issues a few years ago and it almost finished me. Luckily, I recognised I needed help and got it; I also started to talk about it with friends, relatives and experts which helped so much.
Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young.
