MOVEMBER 2025 – TOGETHER WE MOVE FOR MEN’S HEALTH

This November, our team of Coaches and PTs are once again standing together to support Movember — raising awareness and funds for men’s mental health, suicide prevention, prostate cancer, and testicular cancer.

Far too many men stay silent when they’re struggling. Movember reminds us that it’s okay to talk, to ask for help, and to support one another — because no one should face their battles alone.

This year, we’re hosting a RAFFLE FUNDRAISER to help make a real difference. Every ticket sold helps fund lifesaving research and programs for men’s health — and gives you the chance to win some incredible prizes donated by our amazing members and local partners!

Hi Isaac - I work at Mo HQ and just wanted to say congratulations for kicking off Movember in such style. £176 is an awesome start! It can be tough asking for donations, but it always helps to remind people how the money they give is truly helping to make a difference.
This video is a great way to do that!
Keep up the great work - there’s still a lot to be done before the end of the month but you’re off to a flying start – and we couldn’t do what we do without people like you. Thank you for your support for men’s health.
Mitch
