My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

Men's mental health is a topic that is very dear to my heart and is often overlooked. Especially in the times that we are going through with all the uncertainty, it is very important to discuss and open up about issues that we are currently facing. It took me years before I opened up to someone due to the stigma that men cannot talk about their feelings, an issue that a lot of men struggle with. With the help of the Movember Foundation, I would like to help raise awareness of these issues and show that it is okay to talk about your feelings and open up rather than staying silent.

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young.

As many of you know, I usually rock some form of facial hair throughout the year and don’t tend to go clean shaven, so I hope you look forward to seeing my baby face on the first day of Movember and watch my progress as I grow my moustache out to support the cause. Here’s to another successful Mo’ year!
