My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

The two areas of my life which I endeavour to put the vast majority of my time and energy into is charitable work and pushing my mental and physical abilities.

I believe that these two attributes in particular should be the cornerstone for all of our lives, and as such, I would like to influence and encourage as many of you as possible to find the joy in giving back, whilst pushing what your mind thought was possible!

On a side note, this particular charity is rather important for myself to support as sadly my Grandad passed from prostate cancer and I hope that together, through the joy of movement and giving, we can help to reduce the number of preventable deaths worldwide.
