My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health

5 years ago I was diagnosed with Stage 3 Testicular Cancer which after months of chemotherapy and multiple surgeries was cured. I was extremely lucky, but the physical and psychological effects take a lot longer longer to heal. The Movember Foundation are supporting people exactly like me, so they can get the help they need when they need it.

I’m extremely honoured this year to have been selected as an Ambassador for the Movember Foundation. As well as taking part in the Mo Run and clocking in 60km in runs over the next month, I’ll be helping spread awareness for men’s health and the causes and programs that the Movember Foundation support.

Men die too young, so remember to check your nuts, get your dads, grandparents and uncles to speak to their GPs about prostate exams, and speak up if you’re feeling down.
