My motivation

I'm raising funds and awareness this Movember for all the dads, brothers, sons and mates in our lives. I need your help. Please donate to support men's health.

For anyone following my adventures post Prostate Cancer diagnosis, July 2022 marks 5 years since surgery. And with luck, and a continuing undetectable PSA blood test, I hope to be discharged from the excellent NHS surveillance routine service 2017!

On a less positive note, two years of Covid lockdowns has seen a huge under reporting / diagnosis of Prostate Cancer which means cases will be identified at much later stages with the consequent challenging treatment regimes.

All men of a certain age (>40 years): GET YOURSELF TESTED!!
