My motivation

Hello friends, it me again

Once again I’ll be growing a travesty of a moustache to raise money for a fantastic cause.

Earlier this year I sadly lost a good friend of mine, after he passed away earlier this year after a difficult struggle with his mental health. Movember has always been a close cause to my heart but this year in particular I want to really push to raise donations for such a great cause.

This year I will be doing lockdown friendly challenges for Movember, (although you can also donate just for the tache) so if you want me to do something fun for a small fee, let me know and I’ll (probably) do it

I’d be very grateful if you could help me raise £1000 for a fantastic cause helping men’s mental health.
Thank you!

Movember 2020 is officially done and dusted!

And the support we've seen from you across the month has been truly incredible. Through you dedication to the Mo, together you've raised an unprecedented £2million (almost doubling last year's result)! this places you first out of all the groups taking part in the UK. Not only that, but you have been vital in opening the dialogue around men's health and raising key awareness amongst your peers, family and friends.

Thank you so much for your support this Movember, together we can change the face of men's health.

Happy 30th Movember!

What an incredible month it's been. Universities across the UK have shown how incredibly dedicated they are to the Movember cause and have completely astounded the whole Mo team with their creative, fun and engaging fundraising. Huge congratulations on all your amazing fundraising so far.

But it's not over yet. The leaderboards don't close until 8th December at 10pm. Get those final donations in to secure your spot!

Hello BMOC crew,

You guys are absolutely smashing it! Want some extra help to get those final donations in?

Our legendary partners at L’Oréal Men Expert are here to up the ante. For every donation of £25 or more that you receive from 9am Friday 27th Movember (tomorrow), L’Oréal will add £25 to your Mo Space.

They’ve got an incredible £70,000 to donate, so make sure you call on everyone you know to support you, and get in there quick before the prize fund runs out!

Hello and welcome all Uni Mo's!

You are the awesome crew of students and uni staff standing up for men's health. Although we can't be physically together right now, we can come together and raise much-needed funds and awareness to help men across the world.

You are already absolutely smashing it! Let's keep up the amazing work and have a belter of a month.

Mo on!
Ronnie from Mo HQ

Hello Mo students,

HUGE congrats on reaching £1million! You guys are really showing everyone how it's done! #bossedit

As a thank you for being such awesome fundraisers, we've lined up an epic prize, courtesy of Contiki, for one lucky student. Win a once in a life time 8 day trip to Thailand in April 2020, including flights, accommodation and some meals. Check out the video below for a taster.

To be in with a chance of winning, all you need to do is raise a minimum of £250 by 10pm on December 9th 2019 and you'll be automatically entered in to the prize draw.

Good luck!

As part of me quitting smoking, I will be donating the value of every cigarette packet I would’ve had this month at the end of the month.

Please help me to smash my target!

This is my story about my mental health and how I've struggled with it since my late teenag years. Whislt this is my own story and is unique, I am not alone when it comes to similar stories.

At the University of Exeter, I'm trying to remove the stigma of mental health and encourage openess. This is the first video of my series, and each week a new athelte will be talking about their own personal experiences.

Note: As donations can be made privately, not all donations are displayed to the public.
