Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

I've been doing Movember for a number of years now and always look to make sure I'm doing something that wouldn't be considered normal! But while it's fun to look stupid for a month, there is a serious reason behind it.

Many people won't know this, but a few months after finishing uni, I found a lump on my testicle. Luckily for me, the doctor confirmed it was nothing serious, but I had about a week of panic while I waited for my appointment.

But many people are far less fortunate and will find themselves diagnosed with a serious health condition, or find themselves struggling with their mental health... and many more will be affected by a loved one's illness or suicide.

My physical health has taken a battering over recent years, which has also hurt my mental health. So this year, I'm not just growing the Mo, but I will also be walking 60km over the month for the 60 men we lose to suicide each hour, every hour across the world!

Please get behind me this year and help me change the face of men's health.

We're into the home stretch, both in terms of the number of days left in the month and also the distance left to walk. Despite some footwear-related issues and some knee issues playing up, i've still noticed a vast improvement in my fitness already despite it being just a couple of weeks!

Thank you so much to everyone who has donated and helped me hit the highest total that I can ever remember for donations! But there is still time to take that total even higher. Anything you can donate would mean the world!

Day 15: The Mo is coming on strong, I'm still on target for 60km despite the recent awful weather and some footwear-related issues, and the donations have been incredible!

Thank you so much to everyone who has donated so far, it means so much! And to those who haven't yet, anything you can spare would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for helping me to change the face of mens' health!

Day 10: This morning it was finally time to shave in this year's design. Meanwhile the walking challenge has been going really well, with only 1 day missed due to not feeling well, but a couple of other longer walks still putting me ahead of my daily 2km target. It was back to work today though, so now it is about finding the time that suits me: before work or after?

Thank you to those who have donated so far. Any donations, large or small, are greatly appreciated. Help me to change the face of men's health this Movember!

Day 1:
Here we go again, another year of follicular fun with a serious side. This is always my least favourite part of the month as I don't enjoy being clean shaven, but I know that it will be worth it in the long run.

But this year is a little different to usual, as I'm doing more than just the Mo, I'm also committing to walking 60km this month. Now that may not sound like much, but for someone who suffered with undiagnosed sleep apnea for years and lost all energy and fitness as a result, this will be a big challenge for me. Well, I'm 2km down and still alive. Let's see how I feel when my body realises this is becoming a daily occurrence.

As always, any donations you can afford are greatly appreciated. Help me to change the face of men's health!

The Mo has been shaped! Thank you to everybody who has donated already.
For those who haven't, there's still plenty of time to do so.

So my favourite time of year is here again: Movember!
This is the first time since last year's event ended that I've been clean shaven and it feels really odd! In just 2 days I've been told I look like Phil Mitchell, the moon, an egg, a giant baby and a few other things that aren't so repeatable.
The stubble's already coming through so I'm hoping to have this year's shape finalised by the start of next week, so keep checking back for updates.
Any donations that you can make will be greatly appreciated. You can make a difference and help to change the face of Men's health!

Note: As donations can be made privately, not all donations are displayed to the public.
