My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

It was supposed to be the big 40 celebrations in a sunny place surrounded by family and friends, all of you lot!
Life still is on pause though. While I know we will get to meet, hug and eat cake together, for now, I do not want my birthday to pass like any other day. I am lucky to have you all a phone call away, but many men do not have this blessing.
The ‘man up’ stigma is still out there and many men do not talk about how they are feeling. Mental health issues continue to rise. Movember does good work and I hope they reach out to many more men around the world. I would like my 40 to have an impact albeit under T4 restrictions.
The roaring 20s will kick off at some point and my celebrations will be roaring with it too… you have been warned! For now, please donate and help Movember do the magic
