My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

I've done movember a few times now for men's mental health I used to do it because I thought it was a good thing to do charity work, it would be a bit of a challenge and I have an interest in mental health.

Now I do this for lads like me that have suffered through hard times felt isolated and like they are in a hole of despair that there is no way out of. For Lads like my friend that committed suicide in 2019 we live with the loss, pain and unanswered questions that his death caused. I do this to help prevent this from happening to give Mobros everywhere and avenue to help, to know they're not on their own. That it's not all sadness and pain there is a light at the end of this, no one else has to experience this pain, we have the power to stop this through different charities, advertising and awareness, groups and activities we can get men to start talking about their problems the things that lead them down a very dark path and hopefully we can with kindness and respect pull thosr men back from the brink.

That's why I'm doing movember because I now know what that loss feels like and I know how bad it can be.
