My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

Raising money for mental health, prostate and testicular cancers and suicide prevention. I will be attending the Moustaches In November Golf Eccentrics day at the end of the month - can’t wait!

Since last movember I’ve had another knee op (other knee) so only just getting moving again - so (apart from golf) I’m going to use movember 2023 as motivation to get back into it.

As a nod to Move (how The Order of Mo remembers the 60 men lost to suicide globally, every hour) I will be completing 60 repetitions a day of various exercises - no way of tracking this , so you’ll have to take my word for it!

Target donation this year -£465 to reach a total of over £3500 total over my Movember involvement (15 years)

Please support me and men’s health (even just a couple of quid)
Thanks

Remember you have until Thursday 9th December at 10pm to get those final donations in and bump your way up that Sports Challenge leaderboard. Thank you for being a part of an amazing Movember campaign.... please watch!

It's mid-month and the Mos are coming through strong. Farnham RUFC lead the way in the Sports Challenge fundraising leaderboard as I write, but where do you feature?

Don't forget to thank your donors and give potential donors an extra incentive to donate; an example of a Movember funded project, a special thanks from you, or simply because of the terrible itch your moustache is giving you. Thanks sporting Mos, we are over £200,000 raised and going strong!

Thanks to everyone that donated! I’ve managed to smash the original 60k target - and completed the 100k today. To achieve that distance in the time I have included 2 rounds of golf!), but have run the original 60, and total of equivalent of 2 marathons.

Hey Daniel,

I work at Mo HQ and just wanted to get in touch to say congratulations on kicking off Movember in such style. £100 is an awesome start!

It can be tough asking for donations, but it always helps to remind people how the money they give is truly helping to make a difference. This video is a great way to do that!

Keep up the great work, there’s still a lot to be done before the end of the month but you’re off to a flying start – and we couldn’t do what we do without people like you.
