I’ve probably had a beard for a good 8-10 years, it feels strange my face mostly being clean shaven.
I want to raise awareness for anyone dealing with mental health, know you are not alone.
Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young.
I enjoy cycling and recently shaved my face, but left my moustache, looks very distinguished.
I think mental health is key in this current climate, people need to feel like they can talk to people if they need help.
