My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

I am very fortunate to be a Movember Ambassador. My Motivation for this year is as always, to try and raise awareness for Mental Health illnesses. I have Bi Polar disorder and this year has been tough, as it has for everyone. There have been times this year where I have been very depressed especially during lockdown where I was unemployed for the duration. The lack of structure in my life made it very difficult to motivate myself but with the help of friends, family, Brooklands Sports club and the support from Movember there is light at the end of the tunnel. I'm looking forward to using my role as Movember Sports Ambassador to create a strong team and raise as much money as possible to Stop Men Dying Too Young. Be a man of more words.
