My motivation

I have suffered with my mental health. I know it can be impossible to talk about it, I know it is the worst feeling in the world to talk about it. But we need to open up and help each other. My aim is to spread awareness that Mens health and Mental health is a real issue and not to brush it under the carpet because "You are a man" "You should be fine". It's ok not to be ok, and it's ok to talk about it.

I would like to raise in a team as much money for mens health and Movember as possible.

To bring the moustache back with style and have some fun supporting a good cause.
