I'm running 100miles this Movember for the 100 men lost each 100 minutes of every day. To spice things up I’ll also do 100 pushups every day and grow the obligatory 100% delightful lip warmer as usual

Another hundred pushups (been doing sets of 40-30-20-10, with 2-3 mins rest between sets, in case you were wondering). Then a soggy commute to the office.

Hey Mike,

I work at Mo HQ and just wanted to get in touch to say congratulations on kicking off Movember in such style. £100 is an awesome start!

It can be tough asking for donations, but it always helps to remind people how the money they give is truly helping to make a difference. This video is a great way to do that!

Keep up the great work, there’s still a lot to be done before the end of the month but you’re off to a flying start – and we couldn’t do what we do without people like you.
