My motivation

This year it's personal as I was diagnosed with prostate cancer in October...

I'm raising for all the boys who have prostate or testicular cancer, or find themselves in a dark place which they're struggling to get out of.

Please dig down the back of the sofa folks, as Movember really helps all of us when we need it the most.
