Our Motivation

Super Rare Games x Movember
We’re Super Rare Games… We spend our days making, playing and sharing cool indie games with players around the world. It’s a fun and lively place to work but behind the scenes sometimes life can be hard. Like so many people, many of us have experienced battles with mental health whether that’s our own struggles or watching family and friends go through it.
Mental Health support is close to our hearts therefore we’re getting behind Movember this year. It’s not just about rearranging (or trying to grow) facial hair although we are looking forward to seeing those results… It’s about highlighting issues that so often get left in the dark — anxiety, depression, suicide prevention — and raising money to support services that can make a difference.
We love how games can bring joy, connection, and comfort. But we also know how easy it is to feel isolated, even when you’re surrounded by people. Every penny that we raise will help Movember do incredible work, and every conversation we have will help diminish the stigma.
If you can chip in even a couple of quid, that’d be amazing. If you can’t, please share our page and take a look at the Movember website - particularly the 5 things every man should know section. That alone can make a difference.
