Our Motivation

Every minute, the world loses a man to suicide. That reality hasn't changed, and neither has our drive to do something about it.

We're taking part in Movember to raise funds and awareness for men's health, especially mental health and suicide prevention. For many of us, this is personal. We’ve faced silent struggles or supported others who have. This year, we’re moving to break that silence.

We’ve set ourselves a challenge: £1 raised = 1 km moved. If we reach our team goal of £1,000, we’ll do a hike together to match that journey with one that’s just as steep.

We’re here to spark conversations, shift mindsets and support life-saving work that helps men live happier, healthier and longer lives.
