Our Motivation

We want to raise as much awareness as possible for the issues going on within men’s mental health. After many of the rugby team having personal experiences, we want to make everyone feel able to open up.

As someone who works with young guys struggling with their mental health, I wholeheartedly support and congratulate you for your efforts in raising awareness and funds for this issue. It's OK not to be ok. Just talk and ask for support. There will always be someone and usually a whole crowd to catch you if you just share. Your collective facial hair has made it clear throughout the school and with everyone you come into contact with that it's ok to start that conversation. So thank you all for your facial sacrifice through Movember! Powerful stuff!
