Our Motivation

We are a group of nine mates from the University of Bath who are flying out to Italy to take on our very first marathons in Florence on Sunday 24th November!

We would love to use this opportunity to raise some money for Movember, a global movement focused on raising awareness and funds for men’s health issues, including prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health, and suicide prevention. The charity’s goal is to spark conversations, promote early detection, and support innovative research to improve men’s health outcomes.

By supporting our fundraising efforts during the Florence Marathon, you will help Movember fund life-saving projects and make a real difference in the lives of men around the world. Your sponsorship would contribute to a cause that not only raises awareness but actively works to change and save lives.

Our moustaches will be strong, but will our legs be strong enough to make it to the finish line, 26.2 miles later?
