Our Motivation

As a team, Movember hits close to home for all of us, regardless of gender. We've each seen the impact of men’s health struggles—whether through friends, family, or personal experiences. The rising statistics around prostate cancer, testicular cancer and men’s suicide are alarming and we want to do all we can to raise awareness and support for these charities and those directly affected.
What does HG3 do best, we rally round our community and we workout. We workout pretty hard!
Our challenge is going to be tough, gruelling and a little bit dark come 3am. Please get behind us and this amazing bunch of charities and donate as little or as much as you can.
