Our Motivation

The Cardiff Archers Basketball Programme recognise that mental health is a topic that many can find difficult to discuss openly and honestly.

According to the Samaritans charity (2020), 73% of suicides in 2020 were male. The Men's Programme are committing to starting those conversations by "Growing A Mo, To Save A Bro", an initiative created to help those struggling to start tough conversations and raise awareness of prostate cancer. Please follow our journey and check out some of our Archers Mo's over the month of November.
