Mental health awareness & wellbeing is something very close to my heart. Family and friends have suffered testicular and prostate cancers and its so important to do something as simple as growing a tash, to raise money & awareness for the great causes supported by Movember! Not sure I suit a Mo, but it's worth it!

Liam Sandanayaka
I took part in Movember to raise awareness of men’s mental health. A lot of men tend to keep things to themselves, so they always have tension built up inside them. I want to send a message to all males that it is okay to talk, to cry and to feel pain. We are human after all.
As a man that used to keep my issues to myself, I want to show other men out there that it is a lot easier to talk about problems and to have a cry than to carry all that weight by yourself wherever you go
