Our Motivation

Snowdon - we're coming! Follow along with us as 6 lads take on a wintery Snowdon challenge with a 60kg dummy slung over our backs. 60kg to represent the 60 men who take their own life every hour!

Get Growing. Get Moving. But most importantly … GET TALKING! Raising awareness for all those who may be struggling silently or don’t know where to turn . Whether you’re running 1km or 50km, have the tash of Hulk Hogan or growing your luscious locks , having a chat with a mate or baking a cake; everything helps! We can all do our bit to make sure our friends, family and colleagues are ok and know where to get help if they need it. A simple smile and a "Good Morning, how are you?" goes further than you realise.

First run of the series done!! 5km with 10kg weighted vest. Didn't know what to expect but I think it went better than I thought it would! Came in just over 35 minutes. We'll keep pushing and get that time falling. Let's hav' it.
