We as a club want to promote the message that mental health isn’t weakness, everyone has their struggles and the first step to helping oneself is to talk to someone. As a wise scouse man once said, “I know I’d rather my mate cry on my shoulder than go to his funeral next week. So, please let’s get rid of this stigma and men, start talking!”
