Our Motivation

As a club we collectively decided that we wanted to do Movember. Some of us can grow facial hair, others well you will see.

We have also all agreed to run 60 miles this Movember in order to push ourselves further and a lot of the time we will run with each other and have a chance to chat about anything, sometimes it could be something we struggle with which hopefully helps one or multiple members of our club. This Month, we will be hosting a charity quiz, completing a marathon walk,

We all know friends, family members who have struggled with mental health, some of us have even personally struggled. Showing you are never alone is our main aim. There is always someone to talk to and someone to be with.
