Run Your Mouth

£0

Target: £15,000
Amount raised last year: £313
Our Motivation

Run Your Mouth.

The task is simple. Grab a mate, go for a run, chat about how you’re doing, and ask for donations to Movember.

Help Movember raise funds for its life changing work whilst also helping to normalise conversations about your own and others mental health.

Why help Movember? To put it frankly, too many men are dying young and it needs to change. Any money donated helps go towards this.

Importantly, people across the country (and even the globe) are taking part in this over November, creating a community. We are always stronger together.

Movember is looking to reduce the number of men dying too young by 25% before 2030 and they can't do that without the support of fundraisers.

Our fathers, partners, brothers and friends are facing a health crisis, yet it’s rarely talked about. Men are dying too young. We can’t afford to stay silent. We are the leading charity changing the face of men’s health. We know what works for men – and what doesn’t. Prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention – we’re taking them all on. Since 2003, Movember has funded more than 1,250 men’s health projects around the world, challenging the status quo, and shaking up men’s health research.
