Our Motivation

Here at ICHC we're doing our bit to tackle men's mental health and the stigma surrounding it. In England, 1 in 8 men are currently suffering from a mental health problem. However due lack of support and the stigma around mental health, men are reluctant to speak out and seek help. It has been determined that only 36% of referrals to Increasing Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) are from men. Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and we want to help them get there. Help us stop men dying too young.
