Our Motivation

We're growing a mo to try to raise awareness and funds, to help make a difference for men's health – particularly for prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention.

It's about tackling the stigma around the above and getting people talking; too often we bottle up our thoughts and how we're feeling, when we could really benefit from sharing them with a friend.

Any donations at all, if you can spare a few quid, would be massively appreciated. If not, no worries - just ask a mate how they're doing today!
