Our Motivation

This year, the Cardiff Meds are doing all we can to support the Movember movement by growing out our moustaches for this amazing cause. In the UK, and worldwide, the rates of mental health illness and suicide are alarmingly high and this movement does a huge job at changing the face of mental health and starting conversations. Movemeber does not only fund mental health initiatives but also raises great awareness for prostate and testicular cancer.
At the club, we are making important changes to prioritise our physical and mental health and ensure the wellbeing of all members of the club and community. We consider, therefore, that there is no better start to a great year of fundraising!
