Our Motivation

For the fourth year in a row, the boys of Cardiff Medics Hockey Club will be raising money and participating in Movember. We will be subjecting ourselves to ridicule with the fullest of -taches.

We will also be Moving throughout Movember. 3925 men died of suicide in 2020, and every hour 60 men commit suicide globally. These are devastating numbers but we will not let them remain statistics. Between us we will run 3925km in the month of november for each death that could have been prevented

As we reach the end of another rough year for us all where we return to normality after spending so long in lockdown, the number of men that took their lives this year in comparison have decreased but they can still shrink further. A small donation from everyone visiting this page can make a difference, and prevent countless men dying and suffering.
So join CMHC on the pursuit for tache perfection. And fear not, regular updates will be posted on our Instagram @cardiffmedicshc. So no one can hide their poor effort under a mask (Lucas).
