Our Motivation

This year Carlson Gracie Ashford Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academy are combining their efforts during the month of Movember to raise money and spread awareness of devastating conditions that affect men around the world.

Testicular cancer, prostate cancer, mental health issues and suicide are the focus of our fundraising. These issues are often hard to recognise, and when it comes to health, men are notoriously bad at admitting they have a problem. We hope to bring a better understanding of the signs associated with these illnesses and to encourage men to communicate and deal with their physical and mental health ailments before they worsen.

Please donate a small amount to support our efforts or spread the news of our journey through Movember via your favourite social media platform. Every little helps, so every donation is happily received and greatly appreciated.
