Hi everyone! We begin our challenge tomorrow and we have agreed what we are going to do... 1500 reps of each over the month: Squats, Deadlifts and Chest Dips. We will weigh in first thing tomorrow and add our body weight on our shoulders for squats, pick up our weight on deadlifts and throw down body weight dips to finish ourselves each day.

We hope you can all follow our journey and sponsor us for a great cause. Men's health is important to both of us for reasons close to our hearts. We want to shout about these things and for that we need your help, share our story, share our journey and cheer us along!
