Our Motivation

In December 2018, our close friend Amandeep Sansoa passed away. He was a huge philanthropist in his short life raised THOUSANDS for the Movember Foundation, and if we can raise a fraction of what he contributed to Movember, then we will go some way to changing the face of mens health.

This year, we will be running the Cross du Figaro 20km in Paris in honour and loving memory of our dear friend Amandeep Sansoa.

Amandeep was a formidable supporter of Movember and an unassailable advocate for Men's Mental Health.

If we can raise even a fraction of what Amandeep contributed over the years, we’ll continue his legacy and help change the face of men’s health — one step, one conversation, and one donation at a time.

Since Tuesday 3rd, I have been averaging 100 press-ups a day and will continue this until at least Thursday 12th. Attached is some evidence of this! Beyond this point, I will return to running 10k a day. Big up the team for raising in excess of £3,000 already, let’s keep it up!
