Our Motivation

This Movember Ampthill RFC will be raising funds and awareness for all the men in our lives. We want to encourage men that it is okay to talk and not to bottle up their problems and emotions. As a rugby club and community we are backing the Mo and encouraging men to talk out about their problems.
We will also be raising awareness on men's physical health, and why it is important to check up on yourselves!
