We often forget that men have problems too. They take on the most dangerous jobs, have higher death rates at work and are far more likely to die by suicide or live in extreme poverty. Yet men’s struggles are often overlooked or dismissed. Movember is a reminder that men’s health — both mental and physical — matters too. Let’s raise awareness, break the stigma, and look out for each other.
