Bit of a late start this year but we off again for Movember 24.
Three challenges this year….
The first is 30 connections with Mo bros and Sista’s. It’s good to talk.

It's GivingTuesday

A donation to Movember funds research that helps men with testicular cancer live longer - to see their grandchildren grow into adults. It teaches teenage boys to grow up with the ambition to change what it means to “be a man”. Plus, so much more. Let your supporters know what a donation to Movember can do and make a greater impact this GivingTuesday

Plus for every £10 you enter a comp to win some great prizes….giving back to you!!!

Went to watch a bro play rugby. Unfortunately he had gone to a+e by the time I arrived!
Stunned at the physical force these men use and encounter, braver than me. I will stick with running away…

MickMohalfMarathon 2/4
Second half this month two more to go.
Dark early start but great sun rise.
Thought of all the people who support me through this life. Grateful.

130 Week(s) Ago

The old ones have done two marathons, time for a new pair to take on the next challenge.
That will be two marathons total this month….
Hope these hold up as long as the last pair!

136 Week(s) Ago

Pizza may have not been good prep but I managed 22 miles up and over the hill from here to the coast. Having a brunch to run back to was good encouragement!

141 Week(s) Ago

Keep running up those hills and lonely paths. Training for London Marathon. Canterbury half marathon first on bank holiday.
Time to run up the money totals now too….

Thanks MoBros. No one had a better Mo than the Mofather (other than the Mograndfather Taid, maybe).
Remembering you Dad...

Soooo close, 7 miles to go for 50 miles, wax fully loading my Mo to fine curls and tracking down the big £500. A fitting tribute to my Mo Farther. Xx
