Men's health doesn't just matter one month of the year, so you can now fundraise year round for the cause.

Year Round Fundraising
Where The Money Goes
2 MIN READ
Men’s health doesn’t shut up shop the other 11 months of the year, so we don’t think we should either. Historically, we've just raised funds during the hairy month of Movember, but there is so much opportunity during the rest of the year for you, our Mo community, to partake in some amazing challenges and feats, all in the name of men’s health. Raising funds is a vital way to help the Movember Foundation tackle the issues men face head on, and now we’re giving you the tools to do it year round, so you can do your bit for the men in your life when and how your want.

We are now officially on two of the largest charity fundraising platforms in the country: JustGiving and Virgin Money Giving. Click the links to see our respective pages and start your fundraising challenges for the Movember Foundation.

Mo Sista Beryl
On Friday afternoon, Friday 15th May, Beryl Shepherd, a 78-year-old Grandmother from Portsmouth, abseiled down the 170 metre Spinnaker Tower.  This incredible effort from the Chairman of the Portsmouth U3A was to raise money for the Movember Foundation.

She smashed her target and has raised an impressive £1,050.00 to date. You can still sponsor her here: www.justgiving.com/Beryl-Shepherd. Isn't Beryl bloody great? What guts this Mo Sista must have to tackling such a mammoth feat that people half her age may tremble over - we love her at Mo HQ! She is a fantastic example of how our passionate community can have an impact on the face of men's health by raising funds for the Movember Foundation year round.

So, it's not November and you want to climb a mountain, sail the seven seas, run a marathon or just hold a bake sale? Now you can. Take your passion for men's health to one of these two fundraising platforms and crack on!

Here are just some of the events coming up that you may want to take part in for the Movember Foundation: We also have 6 hairy entrants running for us in the TCS New York Marathon 2015!
