Dr Chris Armstrong is part of the research team at the Movember Centre of Excellence at Queen’s University in Belfast, working tirelessly to identify new therapeutic targets for prostate cancer treatment and stop men dying too young. This is a big week for Chris as he heads off over the pond to work for six months at the University of Washington in Seattle to learn new techniques and share his experience with peers over in the US. Chris has been funded throughout his fellowship to date by the Movember Foundation, and this next chapter - the Prostate Cancer UK Travelling Fellowship - is also funded by you remarkable Mo Bros and Mo Sistas. This is part of our commitment to joining up the best minds around the world to get better outcomes for men, faster. We wish Chris incredible good luck and look forward to hearing how his work progresses in the coming months and years.
