Our Motivation

The Gym Group is once again supporting Movember and this year have joined forces with Fiit to bring you the Six For Movember challenge designed to keep all our Mo Bros and Mo Sisters socially connected and moving this Movember.

Our campaign doesn’t stop there though! We're encouraging all our gyms to get creative and come up with your own epic move challenges or to Mo Your Own Way!
