My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

As someone who has had one testicle for the last 7 years I know firsthand how important early detection and treatment can be.

Back in 2017, I was lucky to have my testicular cancer caught early. After a single course of chemotherapy, five years of check-ups, and a lot of awkward ultrasound chats, I'm now in the clear.

Not everyone is so fortunate, and that’s why I’m taking part in Movember this year.

I’ve shaved off my year-long beard to prepare for the mighty ‘tash, and I’m lacing up my trainers to raise funds. Movember doesn’t just support testicular cancer awareness and research but also tackles men’s mental health and suicide prevention. It’s a cause that hits close to home for so many.

Even though I’m now living in sunny Australia, my page is set to pounds – so please donate wherever you are based! Every little helps to stop men dying too young.
