My motivation

In the past, I've jumped at any excuse to go full 70s... These days I'm starting to look more like Gene Hackman in The Conversation than Pacino in Serpico!

Still looking like a chump for most of the month so we can start the conversation about suicide prevention and cancer checks, I genuinely believe every day is different so take them one day at a time.

Talk to each other, guys! Personal and mental health is like many things, a weight better carried across many shoulders.

I feel rather guilty in that I meant to start strong this year, with it being an important one, but work and the ol' Jazz Bar flu have put a dampener on the efforts so far. However, we have started and we are sentimentally there in spirit! Thanks to all so far for your generous donations, men's suicide prevention, cancers research and health concerns will benefit!

If you'd like to effect maximum altruism, if you donate £20 from 9am Thursday 14th 'till 11:59pm Friday November 15th, £20 will be added to your donation by... Pringles?! Yes indeed - as Lizzie pointed out the Pringles guy does in fact have a moustache, and once you pop £20 he just can't stop popping an extra £20 in the kitty, he just loves them moustaches.
