My motivation

Fundraising for cause areas including:

Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

My Movember journey over the past 15 years has always been with nod backwards to my Dad (Colin Flack) who had testicular cancer when I was a child.

But in 2019 my Son Tom was diagnosed and had surgery for testicular cancer as you can read in his Movember Motivation -

"As some of you may know, I was diagnosed with testicular cancer about a month ago. The last four weeks have been an absolute roller coaster, with an incorrect diagnosis to begin with, several scans, surgery, more scans and then the horrid wait to hear the results.

I am over the moon to say that the operation was successful and I no longer have cancer!

I was very lucky and spotted it early. The doctor informed me that a tumour in your testes can double in size in just a month. So lads, get checking!

I would like to say a massive thank you to everyone for all of your support and kind words. I cannot put into words how much it has meant to have such positive messages from you all. They made such a difference." - cancer free 4 years x

Testicular cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer in young men. Movember is working to halve the number of deaths from testicular cancer by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young.
