Men's health

Check in with your family and friends. Check in with your body. Check in with your mind.

November comes around and I realise I haven't been looking after myself mentally or physically as much as I should be or could be.

When I neglect myself I can never be as present for others as I want to be! This is nothing unique or special, but as always I felt I needed to share and use Movemeber to pick myself up again.

#Movemeber to me is more than just growing a moustache to raise awareness for mental health and testicular cancer, but also about maintaining yourself and looking after you and others.

I'm gonna grow a moustache again (because I look damn good with one) but I know a lot of us don't have the money or resource at the moment to donate. Instead check your balls, check in with your friends, reach out to those people and let them know how you're doing and find out how they're doing. If you wanna chuck some money awesome but if you can't check in with your self and a pal!
